कहा जाता है आवश्यकता आविष्कार की जननी है लेकिन इन fraud करने वालों ने अपना दिमाग लोगों की जरूरतों के हिसाब से अपने fraud करने के तरीके इजाद करने में लगा रखा है। इन्हें पता है लोग part time job या online job करके कुछ पैसा कमाना चाहते हैं तो इन scammers ने fake websites बनाकर लोगों को लूटना शुरू कर दिया।
आजकल लोगों का रुझान सहूलियत, discount या किसी और वजह से online shopping में बढ़ रहा है तो वहां भी इन जालसाजों को अपनी fraud website बनाकर लोगों को लूटने का मौका मिल गया। कुछ लोग गरीबों की मदद करना चाहते हैं तो फर्जी NGO उन्हें लूटने की क़वायद कर रहें हैं। कुछ लोग job search कर रहे हैं तो उनके लिए fake job offers तैयार हैं।
अलग-अलग तरह के frauds के बारे में जानकारी हासिल करने के दौरान मैंने यह महसूस किया कि जिस चीज के नाम पर सबसे ज्यादा तरीकों से धोखेबाजी होती है वो है नौकरी। जालसाजों ने नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर लोगों से पैसे ऐंठने के इतने तरीके बना रखे हैं कि सब तरीकों को खोज पाना और उनके बारे में लिख पाना भी शायद मेरे लिए संभव नहीं।
विदेश में नौकरी के नाम पर जालसाजी…
लेकिन फिर भी मैंने अपनी तरफ से कुछ कोशिश की है। मैं कुछ तरीकों के बारे में आपको अपने इस blog के जरिये जरूर बताऊंगा और इस बात की भी कोशिश करूँगा कि आपको कुछ ऐसे symptoms बता सकूँ जो किसी व्यक्ति और परिस्थिति के fraud होने का आपको इशारा कर सके।

Fake Job Offers : e-mail के जरिये direct interview call:
इसमें लोगों के पास direct interview call के लिए e-mail आता है। इस e-mail के साथ word या PDF की file attached होती है। जब आप इस attachment को open करते हैं तो ऐसा लगता है जैसे किसी company का लेटरहेड पेपर हो। यह पेपर बहुत सारी अलग-अलग companies के नाम से हो सकता है जैसे कि :
या ऐसी ही किसी और बड़ी company के नाम से ये job offer हो सकता है। मैं यहाँ Maruti Suzuki के नाम से issue किया गया एक direct recruitment offer letter आपके साथ share कर रहा हूँ।

इस letter में लिखा है कि MARUTI SUZUKI आपको interview के लिए call कर रहा है। 72 candidate का interview के लिए सिलेक्शन हुआ है जिसमे से 65 का final सिलेक्शन होना है। काफी अच्छा salary package offer किया गया है और security money के रूप में 15400/- रुपए की demand की गयी है, जिसे refundable बताया गया है। और आने-जाने के लिए air ticket की व्यवस्था company की तरफ से की जा रही है।
ऐसा e-mail आने पर जब आप दिए गए number पर call करते हैं तो बड़ी ही सभ्यता और professionalism के साथ आपसे बात की जाती है और ऐसा एहसास दिला दिया जाता है कि ये job तो आपको मिल ही जाएगी और आप security money deposit करने के लिए तुरंत तैयार हो जाते हैं।

पिछले साल मेरे एक साथी के बेटे ने अपनी engineering पूरी की, लेकिन काफी कोशिशों के बाद भी उसकी कहीं job नहीं लगी। वो job search ही कर रहा था कि करीब एक महीने पहले उसे ऐसा ही एक direct job offer का e-mail मिला और ये offer jindal steel & power की तरफ से था। उसने अपनी तरफ से उनसे सब बातचीत कर ली और convince होने के बाद अपने पापा को पैसा जमा कराने के लिए बोलने लगा।

उसके पिताजी को case शायद थोडा doubtful लगा तो उन्होंने मुझसे इसका जिक्र किया। अब क्योंकि मेरे पास भी इस तरह के job offer पहले आ चुके थे तो मैंने उन्हें समझाया कि यह सब fake job offers हैं। इनके चक्कर में पड़कर पैसा बरबाद नहीं करें। पर शायद उनको मेरी बात समझ में नहीं आई आखिर बात बेटे के job की थी। तो मैंने तुरंत ही Jindal steel & power की website open कर ली। website open करते ही वहां एक disclaimer का pop-up open हुआ जिसमे बताया गया था कि कुछ लोग उनकी company के नाम से fake job offers के e-mail भेज रहें हैं और security deposit के नाम पर पैसा जमा कराने को कहते हैं। जो कि पूरी तरह से fraud है और हमारी company interview के लिए इस तरह का कोई security deposit नहीं लेती है।
अब ये disclaimer देखकर उन्होंने तुरंत ही अपने बेटे को फ़ोन लगाया और उसे डांटने लगे कि तू पढ़ा-लिखा है, मुझे पैसा जमा कराने को कहने से पहले कम-से-कम एक बार company की website ही देख लेता। वहां साफ-साफ बता रहा है कि ये लोग fraud है और fake job offers देकर लोगों से security deposit ले रहे हैं जबकि हमारी company interview के लिए कोई security deposit नहीं लेती है।
Fake Job Offers : आखिर इन्हे कैसे पहचानें:
दोस्तों ऐसे fake job offers से सावधान रहें क्योंकि कोई भी छोटी या बड़ी company कभी भी interview के लिए कोई security deposit नहीं लेती है। बल्कि कई companies आपको interview place तक आने और जाने पर लगने वाला transportation का खर्चा reimburse भी कर देती हैं। और इसके लिए आपको अपने द्वारा ख़रीदे गए ticket की copy उन्हें देनी होती है। interview के लिए शायद ही कोई company अपनी तरफ से air ticket करा के देती हो। मेरी जानकारी में फिलहाल ऐसी कोई भी company नहीं है।
इस तरह का जब भी कोई job offer आये तो इनके e-mail id check करें, जैसा कि ऊपर दिखाए गए letter में e-mail id msil@techie.com है, जो कि हरगिज़ मारुती सुजुकी का नहीं है। बड़ी companies की खुद की website होती है, उनके e-mail id xyz@marutisuzuki.com जैसा कुछ होना चाहिए ना कि yahoo, gmail, hotmail या techie.com का कोई e-mail id होगा।
अपनी मेहनत की कमाई को धोखेबाजों से बचाएं
Company की वेबसाइट check करें। बड़ी companies को जैसे ही पता चलता है कि कोई उनकी company के नाम से fake job offers देकर लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी कर रहा है तो companies अपनी website पर इसके बारे में जानकारी जरूर दे देती हैं। साथ ही website पर दिए गए contact details पर contact करके भी आप इस तरह की vacancies के बारे में जानकारी हासिल कर सकते हैं कि वो mail company की तरफ से है या कोई धोखा देने की कोशिश कर रहा है।
एक बात और ध्यान रखें जब भी कोई company किसी candidate को interview के लिए call करती है तो वो एक general letter नहीं बल्कि बहुत specific होता है। आपका interview call letter सिर्फ आपको mail किया जाता है जिसमे पूरी job profile बताई जाती है, job responsibilities mention होती है और साथ ही किस post के लिए आपको बुलाया जा रहा है वो भी उसमे बताया गया होता है।
इसलिए दोस्तों इस तरह के attractive job offer देखते ही सावधान हो जाएँ। मैं यह नहीं कहूँगा सावधान इसलिए हो जाईये क्योंकि ये एक धोखा हो सकता है बल्कि मैं यह कहूँगा इनसे बच कर रहिये क्योंकि ये एक जालसाजी ही है।
